We welcomed the November Club Theatre group into school along with Lisette Auton (a wonderful children’s author). We also welcomed Paul and Helen from the Lowick heritage group and found out a lot about the long history of Lowick, getting to see and touch artefacts they had found at the Hunting Hall dig. This sparked lots of story ideas for a very engaging afternoon session. The children created ‘word hordes’ and kennings as well as shared creative ideas. We look forward to welcoming the November Club back next half term.
